  14. I am new to modem configurations and I have the following qs to ask!
  15. Recently there are rumors surrounding USR Sportster 33.6k External modem
  16. Can Anyone of u tell me which is true and which is false?

  18. 1)Max load of present phone lines are 28.8k so Sportster 33.6 is 
  19.   useless!
  20. 2)Can't connect at baud rate 28.8 or higher with Sportster 33.6 modem.

  22. 3)Functions incompatible with Win95.

  24. 4)Easy disconnection 
  25.  
  26. 5)Bugs with certain file type transfer and firmware....
  27.  
  28. btw, does Sportster 33.6 possess a Flash Rom?
